Iftakhar Asfi is an experienced healthcare leader with over 12 years of experience. Iftakhar is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Fakeeh University Hospital, where they lead a team in delivering ethical and value-based healthcare services to the community. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Business & Strategy at Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital Dubai, where they oversaw the planning, implementation, and profitability of new service line development projects. Iftakhar also led strategic, financial planning, and reporting functions at AZHD. Before that, they worked as the Head of Business Development at Valiant Clinic by Meraas, facilitating the empowerment of individuals in managing their own health. Iftakhar has also held key managerial roles at Saudi German Hospitals Group UAE, where they contributed to strategic decision-making, business development, marketing, and budgeting. Iftakhar Asfi began their career as a Business Analyst at Ford Motor Company, conducting a consumer behavior study for the Ford Figo in Kolkata. Prior to that, they served as an Associate in Litigation Support at UnitedLex Pvt. Ltd and worked as an Assistant to a Senior Advocate at Delhi High Court. Iftakhar Asfi holds an MBA degree in Marketing & HR from Alliance University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A.LLB degree in Law from Aligarh Muslim University, where they were enrolled from 2003 to 2008. Before pursuing higher education, they completed their Senior Secondary education in Humanities from Tagore International School in New Delhi, India, from 2001 to 2003.
