Sphri Sanjay Trisal

Sanjay Trisal, SPHRi, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Sanjay currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Fakeeh University Hospital, where they are responsible for all HR operations and strategies. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same hospital.

Before joining Fakeeh University Hospital, Sanjay worked at American Hospital Dubai as an Assistant Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations and leading the Learning and Development initiative. Sanjay also gained experience as a Consultant in Training & HR at Tatvam Innovative Solutions & Consulting.
