Michelle O'Leary

Michelle O'Leary is an experienced fashion designer and floral merchandiser with a diverse background in apparel and floral design. Currently serving as a Floral Merchandiser at Falcon Farms Inc since June 2023, Michelle has also worked as a Freelance Designer since January 2023 and held positions such as Assistant Florist at Kendal Floral LLC and Freelance Designer at Converse. Previous experience includes senior designer roles at FAM Brands and 5.11 Tactical, where Michelle led design teams and collaborated on activewear and apparel collections. Earlier in the career, Michelle contributed to brands like O'Neill, Fox Head, and Quiksilver, developing a strong foundation in apparel design and market trends. Michelle holds a BFA in Fashion Design from Otis College of Art and Design.
