Philip O’Quigley

Philip O’Quigley is the current Chief Executive Officer at Falcon Oil. Prior to this, they served as a Non-Executive Director at Providence Resources PLC from June 2008 to September 2019.

Providence Resources is an Irish based oil and gas exploration company with a portfolio of appraisal and exploration assets located offshore Ireland. Under O’Quigley’s leadership, the company made significant progress in its exploration activities, culminating in the successful drilling of the Dunquin North Prospect in 2012.

O’Quigley has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Philip began their career as a geologist with Gulf Oil Corporation and has since held various senior positions with major oil and gas companies, including Shell, Amerada Hess and Marathon Oil.

Philip O’Quigley has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from University College Dublin as well as a degree from CBS Carlow.
