Paul Andersen holds dual Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications. Currently serving as the Executive Director of People and Culture for School District 49 since August 2012, Paul previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same organization. Prior to this role, Paul worked at El Paso County as both Budget Project Manager and Director of Administration from April 2010 to August 2012. Experience also includes a tenure as a Human Resources Analyst at Pikes Peak Workforce Center and as VP of Human Resources at Current USA, Inc. from 1999 to 2009. Earlier career roles include Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Generalist at Carlson Craft. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato, in 1989.
