Gaetan Bucher

Gaetan Bucher is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in investment management, finance, and international business. Currently serving as President of Falconbridge Dominicana (Falcondo) since February 2024 and Chief Executive Officer of Caelum Capital Fund Management since January 2016, Bucher has a strong focus on strategic investments with a global perspective. As the Founder and Chief Executive of the Independent Financial Centre of the Americas, Bucher has established an international financial center to meet contemporary regulatory and operational needs. Additionally, Bucher holds leadership roles in various organizations, including President of the Swiss-Dominican Chamber of Commerce and Fundación Ceres, which aims to promote economic and cultural ties and support disadvantaged communities in the Dominican Republic. An experienced board member with a background in asset management, Bucher earned a degree in International Relations with a specialization in Finance from Schiller International University in Switzerland.
