Renata Theil

Renata Theil has a strong background in finance and leadership, with experience spanning over three decades. Renata most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Falconi starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Aviva from 2020 to 2023, where they successfully navigated the challenges brought by the pandemic through financial negotiations and the implementation of new strategies. Renata also has extensive experience as a CFO at LeasePlan from 2013 to 2020, where they led the finance division and ensured its alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Before LeasePlan, they worked as a Controller at Volkswagen Financial Services from 2008 to 2013. Renata's earlier career includes roles at LeasePlan Brasil, Banco Santander, BankBoston, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Citibank, where they gained expertise in various financial functions and demonstrated strong managerial skills.
