Renata Theil has a strong background in finance and leadership, with a solid experience spanning over three decades. She serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Falconi starting in 2023. Later on, she also became responsible for Operations and Human Resources areas. Prior to Falconi, Ms. Theil was the CFO at Aviva from 2020 to 2023, successfully navigating the challenges brought by the pandemic through financial negotiations and the implementation of new strategies.

Renata also had an extensive experience as CFO at LeasePlan from 2013 to 2020, where she led the finance division and ensured its alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Before LeasePlan, she worked as a Controller at Volkswagen Financial Services, from 2008 to 2013. Her earlier career includes roles at Banco Santander, BankBoston, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Citibank, where she has gained expertise in various financial functions and demonstrated strong managerial skills.

Renata Theil's education history includes several notable institutions. She pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, completed in 1994. Renata then furthered her education with an MBA from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2004-2005. She also attended a summer school program at swiss University of Konstanz in 2011, focusing on Strategic Management & Intercultural Challenges. Additionally, she obtained a Certificate of Special Studies in Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Renata shows deep commitment to continuous learning, as evidenced by her enrollment in the Certificate of Special Studies in Administration and Management program at Harvard Business School, in 2001.

Renata Theil possui sólida formação em finanças e liderança, com mais de três décadas de experiência e atua como Diretora Financeira da Falconi desde 2023. Posteriormente, tornou-se responsável pelas áreas de Operações e Recursos Humanos.

Antes da Falconi, a Sra. Theil foi Diretora Financeira da Aviva (2020 a 2023) e Diretora Financeira da LeasePlan (2013 a 2020). Antes, trabalhou como controller na Volkswagen Financial Services (2008 a 2013).

Sua trajetória inclui ainda cargos no Banco Santander, BankBoston, PricewaterhouseCoopers e Citibank, onde adquiriu expertise em diversas funções financeiras e demonstrou fortes habilidades gerenciais.
