Frank W Klucznik

Frank W Klucznik has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Frank W currently serves as the Director of Data Scientist at Falconwood, Incorporated since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Data Scientist at NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT) from August 2020 to January 2022.

From October 2017 to July 2020, Frank held the position of Senior Data Scientist at Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). During this time, they led efforts to improve organizational interoperability with the broader Intelligence Community, developed the organization's Enterprise Data Management Strategy, and contributed to the establishment of a Technology Innovation Group and DevSecOps environments.

Between November 2008 and July 2020, Frank served as a Senior Data Scientist at Georgia Tech Research Institute. Here, they focused on data and standards supporting Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) and conducted research experiments, training, and technical assistance activities aimed at improving interoperability among C5I systems in the Department of Defense (DoD) and coalition and NATO nations.

Frank also worked as a Senior Data Scientist at the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force from June 2018 to September 2019. Furthermore, they gained teaching experience as an Adjunct Instructor at ECPI University from June 2010 to January 2015, where they taught business and information technology management courses.

Prior to this, Frank held the position of Director of Software Development at Advanced Health Media from June 2007 to November 2008, where they co-managed a division that provided online meeting logistics, commercial compliance solutions, and sales force productivity tools for the pharmaceutical industry.

Earlier in their career, Frank worked with the U.S. Coast Guard. Frank W served as a Systems/Software Engineer from August 1998 to September 2007, conceiving, developing, and deploying award-winning web-based data collection systems. Frank W was also recognized as one of the top 100 IT people in the Federal Government in 2007. Before that, they were a Mechanical and Environmental Engineer from August 1980 to August 1998.

Frank W Klucznik has a comprehensive education history that spans from 1998 to 2020. Frank W first pursued a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Computer Science from Old Dominion University from 1998 to 2000. Frank W then went on to TUI University, where they completed a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology from 2003 to 2005. Following this, Frank obtained another Master's Degree in Information Technology from TUI University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007. Lastly, they attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science.
