Anna Szymczak

Anna Szymczak has over 30 years of work experience, with the majority of their career focused on regulatory affairs and compliance. Anna started working at UPS in 1988, where they held the role of Human Resources Specialist/Safety and Compliance Specialist. In this role, they managed the interviewing, training, and hiring of new employees, as well as overseeing health and safety compliance and conducting facility and employee audits. In 2010, they transitioned to Fallon Health, where they held various roles, including Senior Plan Documents Analyst, Regulatory & Plan Documents Manager, Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Plan Documents, and their most recent position as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance. Anna'sresponsibilities at Fallon Health involved planning, coordinating, and implementing regulatory strategies, managing Massachusetts Division of Insurance (DOI) filings, and working closely with internal departments and DOI regulators to ensure accurate and timely regulatory compliance.

Anna Szymczak holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Anna Maria College. Anna also has a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the same college. Prior to that, Anna received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Eastern Nazarene College. Anna completed their high school education at St. Mary's High School.
