Daniel Coulter

Daniel Coulter, FSA, CERA, MAAA, currently serves as an actuary at Fallon Health since January 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York from July 2015 to January 2022, holding various positions including Actuary in Commercial Strategy & Innovation, Actuarial Analyst II in Pricing, Trend Reporting, and Network Finance, as well as Actuarial Analyst I in Reserving. Responsibilities throughout these roles included predictive analytics, rate development, pharmacy forecasting, provider analytics, and reserve specialization. Daniel began a career at M&T Bank as a Brokerage Operations Specialist from June 2014 to July 2015. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Hamilton College, completed in 2013, and graduated from East Aurora High School in 2009.
