Fran Wheeler

Fran Wheeler has over a decade of experience in various roles with a focus on customer service and data analysis. At Fallon Health since August 2013, Fran has served as a Benefit and Provider Configuration Analyst II, a provider reimbursement data specialist, and a member service representative. Prior experience includes management and valet duties at Infinity Valet Services and S & K Valet, where exceptional customer service was a priority. Additional experience as a Shipping Manager at Comrex Corporation involved oversight of packaging and shipping operations. Fran began a career in document control as an Archivist and Document Control Assistant at PCSMA. Fran holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Computer Science from Framingham State University, completed in 2004.
