Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, compliance, nutrition, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has owned and operated AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. From January 2016, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previously, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. In addition, Mariana was a university instructor at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food.
