Lita Tiu

Lita Tiu has extensive experience in product development across various companies in the footwear and safety equipment industries. Currently serving as a Product Developer at FallTech since December 2019, Lita manages the development and qualification testing of personal protective equipment. Previously, Lita worked as a Footwear Product Developer at HUF WORLDWIDE, Inc. and Boardriders, managing technical and manufacturing resources. Experience also includes a role at Rip Curl as a Footwear Product Developer and a comprehensive tenure at Deckers Outdoor Corporation, where Lita led product development processes and webbing sourcing for Teva. Lita's career began at K-Swiss as a Product Development Manager, ensuring effective communication between design and manufacturing teams. Lita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Management from De La Salle University.
