Scot Mattox

Scot Mattox, Esq. is an experienced professional in law enforcement and legal education, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Dirigo Safety, LLC since August 2016, where the organization focuses on training and consultation for law enforcement and first responders. In addition to this role, Scot Mattox has been a Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor for the Maine Bureau of Highway Safety and a Reserve Police Officer for the Town of Falmouth Maine since October 2014. Educationally, Scot Mattox holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law, a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern Maine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Southern Maine. Previous experience includes roles as an adjunct instructor, police sergeant at the Portland Maine Police Department, and hearings examiner for the Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
