Martin Lexa

Martin Lexa is a seasoned Senior HR Executive with extensive experience in leading human resources initiatives across various global organizations. They served as Head of HR for Alcon EMEA, where they drove significant cultural and organizational changes, and later as Chief People & Corporate Communications Officer at Mölnlycke Health Care, overseeing a transformative HR strategy. Currently, Martin is the CHRO at FAMAR and co-founder of Vacilando Consulting AB, providing consultancy and executive coaching services. They hold a Master's degree in Business Administration and Social Science from the University of Augsburg and have a passion for people, culture, and analytics.
