Mish Sommers

Mish Sommers is an experienced organizational transformation and project management professional, currently serving as the Organizational Transformation Manager at the Finance Authority of Maine since June 2023. Previously, Mish held roles as a Business & Strategy Advisor and Project Manager at Bay Consulting, focusing on improving operational efficiency and organizational communication for small to mid-sized businesses. With a diverse background that includes positions such as Assistant Project Manager at Lyman-Morse Boatbuilding and Director of Marketing & Admissions at Hurricane Island Outward Bound School, Mish brings a wealth of managerial, analytical, and logistical expertise to various industries. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Project Management & Organizational Communication from Northeastern University and a Professional Certificate in Integrated Marketing from Cornell University, complemented by a B.Sc in Psychology from The University of Western Australia.
