Chandra A. Chester is the Vice President and Co-founder of Families First Counseling & Psychiatry, a position they have held since July 2017. Prior to that, they were the Owner of Chester Clinical Practice & Consulting, LLC, a private practice that focused on holistic healing from September 2010. Chandra also has experience as a Clinical Coordinator at Mentor Maryland, a Supervisor at Seraaj Family Homes, Inc., an Off-Site Therapist at Mosaic Community Services, and a Family Life Educator at The Children's Guild. Chandra A. has also worked as a Therapist at New Visions Behavioral Health, a Treatment Coordinator at Pressley Ridge, and a Clinical Coordinator at Family Advocacy Services.
Chandra A. Chester earned their Master's degree in Social Work/Clinical from the University of Maryland Baltimore, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Salisbury University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
