Kiran Shephard

Kiran Shephard has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Kiran is currently working as a Family Support Lead at Family Action, where they provide assistance to families in need. Prior to this, they worked as a Family Support Worker for the Sickle cell and thalassaemia project, supporting families in the local community and engaging in evidence-based practices.

Before entering the field of family support, Kiran gained experience in operations and management roles. Kiran worked as a Senior Operations Supervisor at Proxima and also held a position in Resource and Planning Management at RBS. Additionally, they worked in investigations and reconciliations at Royal Bank of Scotland Business.

Kiran's career began in 2006 with RBS, where they held various roles such as Portfolio Management and Accredited Complaints Handler. Kiran also gained experience in debt recovery as a Contact Associate.
