Head of Digital at Family Action

Matthew Dennis is the current Head of Digital at Family Action. Prior to this, they worked as the Marketing and Fundraising Manager at Choice Support from June 2009 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing digital channels, content, marketing and fundraising strategy as part of a newly created marketing team. Matthew also worked to identify and implement new opportunities for growth, promotion and engagement, building upon their previous success at the organisation.

Some of Matthew's key achievements during their time at Choice Support include developing and implementing the organisation's first social media strategy, creating new and dynamic content strategies for web, social and print, and establishing regular market research and intelligence reporting to inform marketing activity as part of a wider strategy. Matthew also successfully developed and implemented the organisation's first fundraising strategy, securing over £250k in funding through grant applications and funding bids.

Prior to their work at Choice Support, Matthew Dennis worked as a Client Liaison Officer at Penn Consultants from January 2009 to May 2009.

Matthew Dennis has a Master of Arts in Modern Theirtory from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Theirtory (Hons) from the same school.

Their manager is David Holmes, CEO. They are on a team with Pippa Donovan - Deputy Director of Services & Innovation National Programmes, Ricardo Gomes Da Silva - General Counsel & Director of Systems, and Brendon McCoy - Deputy Director of Technology.
