Family Action
Michelle A. is an experienced youth worker and community leader actively engaged in various roles focused on supporting emotional well-being and employability among young people. Currently serving as a member of the Love Grahame Park Community Grant Panel with Barnet Council, Michelle collaborates with local residents to determine funding priorities. As a Youth Worker at Family Action, Michelle contributes to mental health initiatives in Hackney, while also facilitating employability workshops and Careers Insight days. With a history of strategic leadership as Director of Safeguarding at FUSE C.I.C. and past project management experience at Center of Excellence CIC, Michelle has dedicated efforts to safeguarding and empowering vulnerable populations. Additional contributions include freelance facilitation of PSHE workshops and involvement in various educational initiatives aimed at equipping young individuals with essential skills and knowledge. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Law and Social Policy from London Metropolitan University and a Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work from the National Youth Agency Academy.
