Ryan Parker

Ryan Parker has a solid background in IT infrastructure engineering and support. Ryan currently holds the position of Infrastructure Engineer at Family Action, starting in 2021. Prior to that, Ryan worked at IRIS Software Group as a 3rd Line Support Engineer (HA) from March 2018 to May 2021, where they specialized in resolving issues for larger infrastructure clients. Ryan also has experience as a Network Engineer at Western Provident Association from October 2015 to March 2018. Overall, Ryan has a strong track record in handling and resolving technical issues for various organizations.

Ryan Parker attended Maiden Erlegh School from 2005 to 2012, where they pursued A Level and GCSE Studies. Ryan then went on to study at the University of Portsmouth from 2012 to 2015. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Networks.
