Susan Kaur

Susan Kaur has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Susan currently works at Shaw Trust as a Case Manager since April 2022. Prior to this, they were an Employment Coach at Papworth Trust starting from July 2021. Susan also worked as a Youth Coach at TCHC from April 2019. In 2016, they served as a Support Worker at Mencap and a Family Support Worker at Family Action. Susan started their career at Barnardo's in January 2013, where they worked as an As and when play organiser, responsible for organizing children's play sessions and promoting healthy eating. Susan also worked as a Play Assistant at Spurgeons in April 2011. Susan gained experience as a Voluntary Teaching Assistant at Newborough Primary School from September 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Family Support Worker at Family Care, organizing lunch clubs and coffee mornings to support parents with young children. From August 2019 to July 2021, they worked as a Social and Emotional Mental Health Specialist at Peterborough Regional College.

Susan Kaur completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from University Centre Peterborough from 2013 to 2016. Susan further acquired a Mental Health First Aider certification from Peterborough College from 2020 to 2021.
