Whitney Papa

Whitney Papa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Whitney started their career as a Sales Assistant at LUSH | UK & Europe in 2014 and worked there until 2017. In 2015, they ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Owner of their own business, "Oh Gee, Pie!", until 2018. Whitney then joined The Challenge in 2017 as a HeadStart Assistant Programme Manager and later transitioned to the role of Marketing & Communications Associate Manager until 2020. Whitney currently works at Family Action, where they started in 2020 as the HeadStart Marketing & Communications Manager and was later promoted to HeadStart Programme Manager in 2022.

Whitney Papa attended the University of North Texas from 2006 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General. Then, in 2014, they pursued further education at the London Metropolitan University, completing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in 2015 with a field of study in Public Administration.
