Zoe Barnes has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Zoe started their career as a Student Trainee at Health Hayes Academy in 2015, followed by a role as a Student Trainee at Saxon Hill Community School in 2016. In 2018, Zoe worked as a Residential Support Worker at Mencap, providing support to individuals in a residential setting. Zoe then transitioned into the role of Support Worker at CareTech in 2019. Later that year, they worked as a Nursery Nurse at Footsteps Day Nurseries before becoming a Send Keyworker at Staffordshire County Council. In 2020, Zoe joined the Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Support Project as a Family Support Worker, where they stayed until 2022. Zoe then moved on to work as a Family Support Worker at Malachi Specialist Family Support Services C.i.C. Currently, Zoe is employed as a Family Support Worker at Family Action.
