Jermal Seward

Jermal Seward has a comprehensive work experience across various industries. Jermal is currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at the Family and Workforce Centers of America since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the BeFi Agile Coach™ at Atlas Point, starting in January 2024.

From September 2018 to January 2021, Jermal was the Chief Strategy Officer at Saint Louis Bank, where they played a crucial role in transforming the bank into a client-centered organization. During their tenure, they led strategic initiatives and realigned internal/external processes, resulting in a significant increase in client engagement.

Jermal also worked at Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC from December 2012 to September 2018 as the VP, WIM Practice Management Consultant. Jermal'sresponsibilities included consulting premier financial advisors on business infrastructure creation, client development, and team building. Jermal also led the development and management of the team's strategic communication plan.

Before that, Jermal managed their own legal practice at Seward & Associates, LLC from November 2008 to December 2013. Jermal specialized in corporate, real estate, and general transactional matters, providing business consulting services to small- and mid-sized companies. Jermal successfully handled various client issues and played a key role in a $60M real estate development deal.

Prior to founding their own firm, Jermal worked as an Attorney at Polsinelli Shughart from April 2006 to October 2008. Jermal'spractice focused on general corporate law, business consulting, and corporate governance for small- and mid-sized for-profit/nonprofit corporate clients. Jermal also authored important memoranda for bank clients on SEC reporting and compliance.

Before joining Polsinelli Shughart, Jermal was an Attorney at Lathrop & Gage LLP from September 2003 to March 2006.
