Floyd Mashemo currently serves as the Head of Transaction Banking & Ecosystems at Family Bank Ltd, focusing on cash and liquidity management as well as the design and implementation of supply and value chain marketplaces. Previously, Floyd held the position of Senior Regional Manager for Business Banking at Equity Bank (K) Ltd., where significant achievements included reducing the loan delinquency ratio within the SME Banking unit from 23% to below 8% in just six months. Floyd also has extensive experience in SME Banking and Commercial Banking at GTBank Kenya, where responsibilities included strategy implementation, sales performance monitoring, and managing a substantial risk assets book. Floyd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management at the United States International University - Africa.
