Gillian Collard

Gillian Collard has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Family Building Society since May 2018. Prior roles include Manager positions at Fidelity Worldwide Investment from January 1999 to May 2018 and Avis Car Rental between 1997 and 1998, as well as Control Manager at Little Chef from 1982 to 1992. Gillian holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of East Anglia and a degree in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Kent.
