Simultaneously, Adélie serves in Marketing & Event Management at Château Malherbe, a family-owned vineyard with four generations of winemaking heritage. Prior experience includes roles as a Venture Developer and Business Developer at WAOUP, where Adélie organized innovation processes and developed business strategies, as well as positions at The Adecco Group in Talent Acquisition & Mobility and HR Development.
