Bob Kauffman

Bob Kauffman has extensive experience in inventory management and merchandise planning, currently serving as the Director of Inventory Management at Family Dollar since May 2019. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Merchandise Planning and Allocation and Manager of Planning and Allocation at Spencer's and Spencer Gifts, respectively. Early career highlights include positions as Inventory Manager at Circuit City and various managerial roles in planning and allocation at Toys R Us and Lechters Housewares. Bob began a career in retail as a Buyer at Cosmetic Center and Wakefern Food Corp. Educationally, Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rowan University, earned between 1984 and 1986.
