Dion Brugger

Dion Brugger currently serves as an All Pro Dad Chapter Expansion Specialist at Family First, focusing on providing families with resources to enhance their relationships and foster hope for the future. Previously, Dion worked as a Mental Fitness Coach at Conversations That Inspire, partnering with individuals to achieve personal development goals. As a Senior Regional Manager for the Travis Manion Foundation, Dion led program activities across multiple states while developing community relationships. Dion's extensive experience also includes various roles at Mouser Electronics, where strategic relationship management and product solutions were key responsibilities, as well as a range of positions in property management, human resources, and military service as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Dion holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University.
