Seraya Woods has a diverse background in patient care coordination, crisis management, and education in various organizations. Currently serving as a Patient Care Coordinator at Family Guidance Centers, Inc. since April 2022, Seraya previously held the position of Domestic Violence Crisis Manager at SOJOURN SHELTER & SERVICES INC. from November 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Parent Educator in the Springfield Public School District 186, a Probation Officer at Sangamon County Probation, and a Case Manager at TASC, Inc. Beginning a professional career as a Front Desk Receptionist and Runner at Brown, Hay & Stephens, LLP, and a Host/Server at the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel and Conference Center, Seraya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Benedictine University, along with a degree from Lincoln Land Community College and a high school diploma from Southeast High School.
