Jason Patrick is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in various medical settings. Currently serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Family Health Center since May 2020, Jason has previously worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Canyon Vista Medical Center from March 2015 to March 2022. Jason's career also includes roles as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse at Corrections Corporation of America from August 2013 to March 2015. Jason holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2018 and 2020, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University (2015-2016), and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Central Arizona College (2011-2014).

Created in 1971, Family Health Center's mission is to provide excellent health care to anyone who walks through our doors, regardless of their income level or insurance benefits. Our board-certified physicians are specialists in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology and dental. Our mid-level providers allow us to accommodate acute and same-day appointments to avoid overuse of emergency rooms. Our mission is to ensure quality health care with dignity for all of Kalamazoo county. Currently, our patients number more than 50,000 a year.
