Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles related to nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and taught university-level courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
