Bill Cummins

Bill Cummins has a strong background in healthcare, with extensive experience in business development, rehabilitation services, and software product management. Bill is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Business Development & Rehabilitation at Family Health West, where they lead the Rehabilitation, Respiratory Therapy, Lab, and Radiology departments. Prior to this role, they held positions as the Ancillary Services Administrator and Director of Rehabilitation Services at the same organization.

Before joining Family Health West, Bill worked as a Rehabilitation Program Manager at SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC, where they provided exceptional care and clinical/financial leadership. Bill also served as a Research Consultant at Aegis Therapies, conducting research on patient outcomes utilizing the Rehabilitation Outcomes Measure (ROM).

In previous roles, Bill worked as the Business Development Director at Integra, Inc., where they established strategic partnerships and expanded the pharmacy marketplace. Bill also served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager at Nextra, overseeing the creation of a new pharmacy information software project.

Earlier in their career, Bill held positions as the Product Director at AccuMed, where they led a team of software product management professionals, and as the Senior Product Manager at Shared Healthcare Systems, where they managed the design of rehabilitation management software. Bill also worked as the Clinical Director of Speech Pathology at SunDance Rehab, leading a regional team of Speech Pathologists.

Bill began their healthcare career as an Outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center and as a Speech Language Pathologist at San Bernardino Community Hospital.

Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Bill has been recognized for their ability to build highly successful teams and drive results.

Bill Cummins received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Redlands in 1988. Bill then continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Communicative Disorders, which they completed in 1990. In August 1991, they obtained the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
