Jarrod Harbour has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Jarrod has held various roles at Family HealthCare Network, starting as a Physician Assistant in 2015. Throughout their tenure, they have achieved recognition for their outstanding performance, including being awarded Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year in 2017.

In addition to their clinical duties, Jarrod has taken on leadership positions within the organization. Jarrod served as the Assistant Medical Director from 2018 to 2022, overseeing a team of providers and leading initiatives such as revamping the peer review system and integrating Community Regional Medical Center's sites.

Jarrod's ability to mentor and educate is evident in their role as the Regional Director of Medical Education, which they took on in 2019. In this position, they supervised and advised physician assistant students during their clinical rotations, organized rotations in various medical specialties, and facilitated grand rounds and examinations.

Jarrod Harbour, DHSc, MBA, MPAS, PA-C, MPLC, has an extensive education history. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry, which they obtained from Arizona State University in 2011. Jarrod then pursued a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences from 2013 to 2015. Continuing their education, they completed a Doctorate in Health Sciences with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from A.T. Still University between 2018 and 2021.

In 2021, Jarrod embarked on a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Western Governors University, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, which they completed in 2022. Jarrod is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Health Administration from LSU Shreveport, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
