Mariyama James

Mariyama James has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Mariyama is currently working as an Adjunct Instructor at Galen College of Nursing since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Nursing at Family Home Health Services since February 2021. From August 2018 to February 2021, Mariyama served as the Associate Dean of Nursing at Jersey College. Before that, they worked as an RN-Patient Care Supervisor at St. Joseph's Hospital from March 2011 to August 2018. From May 2009 to March 2011, they were a Home Health Clinician II (Case Manager) at BayCare Health System. Mariyama's career began in 2006 as an LPN-Field Nurse (Pediatrics) at PSA Healthcare, where they worked until June 2009.

Mariyama James completed their education through various institutions. Between 2011 and 2014, they earned a Master's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of South Florida. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from St. Petersburg College. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, Mariyama pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specifically in the field of Management and Operations, from St. Petersburg College.
