Chad Smitch has extensive experience in pastoral and promotional roles, currently serving as Associate Pastor at New Covenant Church since December 2014 and as Regional Promotions Manager at Family Life Radio since 2010. Prior to these positions, Chad held the role of Manager at IHOP from 2001 to 2009. Chad Smitch holds a Master of Theology from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2005 and 2008.
