Bryan Lake

Bryan Lake is an experienced nonprofit executive and educator currently serving as the Executive Director of Family Promise of Orange County since April 2023, where the mission focuses on helping families experiencing homelessness achieve housing stability. Bryan holds a significant academic role as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Brigham Young University - Idaho, teaching the course on Social Innovation. Prior experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley, overseeing all operational aspects, and previously as the Director of Administration for Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley, where Bryan successfully restored financial stability and increased club membership. Bryan's diverse background also encompasses freelance work as a writer, director, and producer, alongside various managerial roles in notable companies such as ARC Fastener Supply, Columbus Entertainment, and Walt Disney Pictures & Television. Educational qualifications include an MPA from California State University, Northridge, and degrees in Film from Brigham Young University.
