SVP, Development & Mission Advancement at Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc.

Lynda Foley is the Senior Vice President of Development and Mission Advancement for the Family of FREE Network. Lynda has been a valued team member and an instrumental part of the evolution of FREE for the past 30 years. She joined the FREE team in 1988 as a Direct Support Professional in the Behavioral Health division that served as the foundation that catapulted her career.

During her illustrious tenure at FREE, Lynda assumed a variety of administrative/management roles, including Senior Vice President of Quality Supports and held the position of Vice President for the Community Living Services and Opportunities division responsible for the operation and oversight of FREE’s largest area of service delivery. Lynda has been an integral part of FREE’s growth and has established a solid reputation in the field of health and human services.

As the Senior Vice President of Development and Mission Advancement (DMA) for the FREE Network, Lynda will serve as the agency’s lead executive for a diverse team of departments which is responsible for implementing comprehensive fundraising, marketing, public relations, government relations, grants and communications strategies for FREE, Inc.

This highly visible management position will nurture a robust communications and public relations strategy; tightly integrate and direct the agency’s Annual Fund; identify and target donor prospects; nurture and cultivate all levels of donor relationships; write and submit grants and related reports; cultivate a planned giving program; and oversee and integrate corporate sponsors.

Lynda will work in direct partnership with the executive team, the DMA team and the Board of Directors to solidify a vision for creating highly successful programs that elevate FREE and its affiliate partners’ presence, and will work with a passionate, mission-oriented team, in a collaborative environment, to develop, execute and achieve ambitious fundraising goals.
