Jamie Jenkins has extensive experience in social work and quality improvement, currently serving as the Quality Assurance / Quality Improvement Manager at the Family Resource Center of South Florida, Inc. since January 2011 and holding dual roles as Full Case Manager Supervisor and Drug Court Supervisor. Additionally, Jamie Jenkins has been an FIU Field Instructor for BSSW Interns at Florida International University since February 2019. Previous experience includes tenure at the Florida Department of Children and Families from November 2000 to January 2011 as a Lead Child Protective Investigator, focusing on allegations of child abuse, neglect, and abandonment while providing rehabilitative services to families. Jamie Jenkins holds a Master of Social Work degree from Barry University (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Bethune-Cookman University (1996-2000).
