Liz Dalmacio, SPHR,, joined Felton Institute as Vice President of Human Resources in the fall of 2016, and is focused on driving growth for Felton’s business initiatives through an effective human resources and talent strategy. Ms. Dalmacio is responsible for the overall human resources strategy and planning, staffing, talent management and succession processes, as well as all other facets of human resources needs.

Ms. Dalmacio has over 20 years of experience with both small and large organizations, and she has provided guidance and leadership to executive teams in start up, growth and stable environments. Her broad experience includes strategic planning, organizational development, talent acquisitions, union and collective bargaining agreement, employee relations, benefits and compensations, risk management, loss prevention and leadership skills training.

Ms. Dalmacio has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Maryknoll College and an advanced degree in Human Resources from UC, Irvine. She holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR/PHR-CA) and Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR/SPHR-CA) Certification from SHRM. She is an active member of her HR networks such as SHRM, NCHRA and CEB-CLC. Liz describes herself as a coach/mentor at heart. Her son plays football at Washington State University on a full athletic scholarship.
