Haizle Williams

Haizle Williams has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Haizle has held various roles in different organizations, each with specific responsibilities. Their most recent position is as the Director of HR Administration & Data Analytics at the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington, where they are responsible for maintaining the organization's Dayforce HCM System and developing processes for the best HCM experience. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Director and Human Resources Manager at the same organization, focusing on recruitment and system implementation. Haizle has also worked as an HR Specialist at Special Olympics, maintaining the UltiPro system and providing tech support and training. Before that, they held temporary HR positions at Special Olympics Inc and Dumbarton Oaks Trustees, where they were responsible for onboarding, budget reconciliation, and personnel file management. Williams also has experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Walker & Dunlop, where they coordinated recruitment processes, and as a Human Resources Generalist at a confidential company, where they researched employment regulations and edited policies. Their earliest experience in HR was as a Human Resources Assistant at Case Western Reserve University, where they provided administrative support and maintained immigration and tax records.

Haizle Williams completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Magazine Journalism from Ohio University between 1999 and 2003. From 2012 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Phoenix. Currently, Haizle is studying Computer Programming and working towards Vendor/Product Certification at Montgomery College since 2023.
