Julie Dees, MBA, LPC has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the mental health and behavioral health field. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Family Service Association of Bucks County. Prior to that, they held the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at the same organization.

Julie Dees, MBA, LPC has a diverse educational background. Julie obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from West Texas A&M University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology from La Salle University from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from DeSales University, which they completed between 1995 and 1997. Furthermore, Julie obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Security Administration from the University of Maryland - European Division from 1992 to 1994.

In addition to their formal education, Julie Dees has also obtained several certifications. Julie completed the Wharton Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development program offered by Emeritus in April 2022. Julie also holds the accreditation of LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), which they obtained from the State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors in April 2017.
