Nancy Xenakis

Nancy Xenakis is an experienced social work professional currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor and Faculty Advisor at NYU Silver School of Social Work since 2021, and as a Guest Support Coordinator at Toni's Kitchen since August 2022. Nancy has also been a Volunteer Crisis Counselor for the 988 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and Contact Warmline with the Family Service Association of Bucks County since October 2020. Previous roles include Senior Director of Social Work Services at The Mount Sinai Hospital from 2012 to 2022 and various positions at organizations such as Henry Street Settlement and NYU. Nancy holds a Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Southern California, a Master of Social Work from New York University, and a Master of Science in Health Policy & Management from NYU, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University.
