Thomas Brantley

Thomas Brantley is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical and administrative roles. Since February 2015, Thomas has served as a Senior Clinician and Program Coordinator for the Supportive Case Management Outreach Team at the Family Service Association of Bucks County, where responsibilities include coordinating recovery-oriented services and ensuring adherence to Blended Case Management regulations.
