Heather Reed

Heather Reed currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at SHRM Tulare-Kings, where responsibilities include managing monthly development and enrichment programs while serving on the chapter board of directors since January 2024. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Family Services Of Tulare County as both Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator, and a position as a board member at Tulare County Kart Club. Heather has also worked as a Corporate Trainer for a large restaurant and held various roles, including General Manager at A J's and Lead Sales Associate at Links Fine Clothing. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Technical Human Resource Management from DeVry University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from College of the Sequoias.
