Gregg is an experienced senior leader with a demonstrated ability to successfully lead and grow service-oriented organizations though strong strategic leadership, transition management, new business development, and program and service excellence.

With 25 years of combined experience as a clinical counsellor, business and association executive, and adult educator, Gregg’s background bridges the disciplines of Organizational Management, Human Resources and Clinical Counselling. Along with a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelors in Business Administration, he holds the professional designations of Registered Clinical Counsellor, Certified Human Resource Professional and Certified Career Development Practitioner.

Gregg is an active member of organizations including CPHR BC and the Employee Assistance Society of North America, and has been recognized and awarded for his achievements in the advancement of innovative practices and programs, leadership and vision, and “for representing the optimal model of a professional who is valued by clients and colleagues – the kind of professional who truly cares about his clients, and contributes wholeheartedly to his community.”
