Sarah Boon

Sarah is Vice President, Treasury and Investor Relations at Methanex Corporation, the world’s largest producer and supplier of methanol. In her role, Sarah is responsible for global cash management and is currently leading a team responsible for the company’s global financial IT system replacement.

Sarah was an FSGV board member from 2009-2016, where she held roles as the chair of the finance and nominating committees. She left the board in 2016 to move to Hong Kong with her husband and three children, where she worked for Methanex Asia Pacific as the Director of Corporate Services. She and her family returned to Vancouver in July 2019.
