Carolina Duran has over twenty years of experience in the IT industry. Carolina began their career as an analyst programmer and then moved into project management. For the last ten years, they have been working in management positions at Banco BCI, overseeing various digital transformation projects. In their current role as Gerente de IT at FamilyShop, they are responsible for the company's IT strategy and operations.
