Sergio Astudillo

Sergio Astudillo is currently the Gerente de Retail at FamilyShop. Prior to this, they held the position of Subgerente de Administración y Finanzas at Silentium, Ingeniería del Silencio from June 2012 to April 2014. In this role, they were responsible for the finance, administration, treasury and cash flow, accounting, management control, collections, billing, HR, purchasing, Comex and process optimization areas. Sergio was able to reduce operational costs by 9% through the elimination of unnecessary and overvalued expenses. Sergio also improved the short and long term debt structure through renegotiations with financial institutions and working capital. Sergio was able to effectively resolve the collective negotiation by using negotiation techniques and correct planning. This refocused the employees on their productive tasks. From May 2014 to October 2018, Sergio was the Gerente de Administración y Finanzas at Anida Consultores.

Sergio Astudillo is an engineer with a focus in finance from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile. Sergio also has a post-graduate degree in financial management from the Universidad de Chile.
